Digital Technologies Agreement
A new Digital Technologies Acceptable Use Agreement has been given to all students in Years 1-6. Please go over this agreement with your child. The student and parent should sign the document and return the signed form to the class teacher.

Uniform Price List and Order Form
Visit our new Hornsby North Public School P&C Uniform Shop Online Store by clicking on the Price List below.
Our website does not have a home delivery option. Please select your child’s class if you would like your purchase delivered to the classroom for your child to bring home. Deliveries to classrooms are Wednesday or Friday during school term. Please select the office if you wish to collect these items yourself during school hours.
Until you are allocated a class, we request that you collect online purchases from the Office. Online orders are packed on Wednesday and Friday during the school term, and you will be notified when they are ready to collect.

Father's Day Stall Wednesday 28 August 2024
The Hornsby North PS P&C is excited to be hosting this years Father’s Day Stall on Wednesday the 28th of August, during school hours.

Frequently asked questions for this event:
What do I do if my child is absent on the day? A selection of gifts will be held at the office for those children to select from who were away on the day. These will be available on the Thursday and Friday only.
Who do I contact if I have a problem with a gift? The Father’s Day Stall is run by the Hornsby North P&C Association. If you have any questions or concerns, please get in contact via email on Hornsbynorthpandcfundraising@gmail.com. Any questions directed to office staff will be re-directed to contact the P&C via this email.
How the P&C is working to ensure all children can participate: The P&C is committed to supporting all families and believe that all fathers and significant people deserve to be celebrated. If your child would like to select a gift but it is not possible to fit the cost into the weekly budget, we welcome you to request that your child select a gift at no-cost. To request this please email the school office at hornsbynth-p.school@det.nsw.edu.au by 12 noon Tuesday the 27th August. As we respect the privacy of our families, school staff will discreetly mark your child’s gift on the class roll.
